CHANGES TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You spoke and we listened…
After a lot of thought and trying to find a way to compromise on this difficult matter, we have made some changes to our current cancellation policy as of Monday 3rd March.
The new policy will be that if you miss the time window of 48 hrs to cancel or amend a booking with us, the charge will be 50% of the total cost of your appointment. This means when booking the service 50% will be taken to secure the booking and ONLY refunded with a minimum of 48 hrs notice*.
Like with all feedback, these changes reflect our efforts to provide an improved experience for our customers and therapists.

NEW PRICING STRUCTURE
Our clients now have the option to choose their treatments with either a Senior or Junior therapist. To reflect these differences in experience and treatment delivery, we have updated our pricing structure and believe this change will provide more options to suit your individual needs and preferences.
